Refund Policy

Refunds (where applicable)

  • Tutorials 1 to 1 **

Once   your request   is received, we will send an email to notify you.   We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.


If, after receiving your refund request and accepted, you decide to open a PayPal dispute or chargeback with your bank, the Dropshipper will put your request on hold and let PayPal or your bank continue with the return process. In some cases it can take up to 3 months for the refund to take effect. 


If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next step, contact your bank.   It often takes a while for your refund to appear.

* You must contact us within 3 days to get your refund request approved. After this time your request will be denied. A fee of 50 usd + transaction fees will be applied.


** You can apply for a refund if you request it after receiving the first contact with the expert who will advise you. A fee of 100 usd will be applied for the consultation and additional charges derived from the processing of your payment and fees from the payment gateway will be applied.
